The Australian Army Infantry Museum

Singleton, NSW

The Australian Army Infantry Museum in Singleton was developed and designed by FRD over two years from 2011-2012. The exhibition brings together the objects, stories and history that the museum had accumulated since it was established as the collection of the School of Musketry in 1911. FRD worked closely with the passionate staff of the Museum to develop the design construct, curatorial themes and object interpretation for the exhibitions.

Since it was opened in August 2012 the museum has welcomed in excess of 20 000 visitors exceeding all expectations with 14 500 passing through the facility during 2013.
